"I have been with State Farm for about 10 years. Recently, I was considering leaving because I felt that the agents at this office were not very competent, and I had not received the level of customer service I expected. I even tried switching out of James’ office a few times without success.
Today, however, I had a phone call with Valerie, and the experience was completely different. She was ready to help, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and clearly explained how she works with clients.
Valerie was warm, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Most importantly, she made sure every one of my concerns was addressed and reassured me throughout the conversation.
Good customer service is what keeps customers loyal.
Valerie truly made this office look good. I hope the other agents, including James, step it up as well because employees are often a reflection of their leadership.
Needless to say, this review is specifically for Valerie. I’ll have to see whether the rest of James’ office steps up to the plate moving forward."
